Regions
Every region gets scheduled seasonal visits plus add-on work, and longer routes come with travel and overnight allowances. Store lists and earnings estimates are shared after the intro call and a confidentiality agreement.
Requirements
Business and coverage
- An operating business (sole proprietor or company) with a GST number
- WorkSafeBC account in good standing, with a clearance letter
- $5 million commercial general liability insurance
- Commercial auto insurance and equipment insurance
- A police information check for everyone who works on site (we reimburse the fee)
Equipment
- Grocery program and washing work: hot-water pressure washer (4+ GPM, 3,500+ PSI, 180°F), surface cleaner, hoses, wet/dry vac, drain covers, trailer or truck setup
- Glass: water-fed pole (35 ft+), ladders, fall protection
- Everyone: cones, hi-vis vests, safety boots, first aid kit, extinguisher, smartphone
- We provide branded apparel, vehicle magnets, the proof app and training
Common questions
Do I have to work only for Always Clean?
No. You're an independent business and can keep your own customers. You just can't take on our clients' sites directly.
How am I paid?
A share of what the client pays for your work, paid twice a month once your photos and certificate are in, plus a quality bonus for clean months. Exact rates are in the agreement you review during onboarding.
What about travel?
Local work is included in your share. Longer routes earn a travel allowance, and approved overnight trips earn a nightly allowance. The exact bands are in the agreement.
I only do windows or gutters. Can I still join?
Yes. Light work (glass, gutters, moss) has its own rate class. Hot-water equipment is only needed for washing and grocery program work.
How long does onboarding take?
About 30–45 minutes online, at your own pace. You can save and come back any time with your private link.
